Brief Job Description
Deployment of software, Updates/patches
Ensuring successful End-Of-Day Processing at all automated branches and availability of all core and
their integrated systems.
Troubleshooting of software. Hardware and Network issues.
Rollout of amended / new software in the branches.
Quick resolution of issues in respect of Branch Applications including CBS-Symbols, LAN, PC Support.
Ensure all Hardware is in right shape and failure issues be addressed promptly be talking assistance of
respective Manager Technical Support.
Operating Systems Win 10, Win 8, Win 7, Win XP.
Monitoring IT infrastructure environment of the automated branches.
Ensure compliance to Desktop Virus Control, IT Security & Backup policies in automated branches.
Domain Joining & Domain desktop user configurations.
Microsoft Outlook 2016 / 2013 / 2010 / 2007 / 2003 mail configuration.
Western Union certificate installation
Ultimus Installation
Symbols, complete installation and configuration in branches.
Remote desktop working and resolve issues of branches through remote of Sukkur & Hyderabad Region.
